Every successful portrait begins with great photographs.
When considering your portrait, select photos that best represent your pet's personality.
IMPORTANT INFO:
THE EYES HAVE IT > Make sure your animal's eyes are clear and free of red (or white) eye which blocks important details. If shadows darken the eyes, I cannot draw them.
YOUR PET'S EYES ARE WHAT DISTINGUISHES HIM/HER FROM OTHER ANIMALS.
Here I was given at least 3 photos of each animal.
From there I chose the best possible photo of each.
If I have more than one animal like this, I create a "digital layout" for your approval. This is to make sure proportions are correct. And, if you like the photos I've chosen of course.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SEND PHOTOS DIRECTLY AS THEY WERE SHOT WITH YOUR CAMERA OR DEVICE.
MAKE SURE PHOTOS ARE NOT COMPRESSED OR DOWNSIZED.
A GOOD PHOTO THAT I CAN ENLARGE FOR DETAIL IS NORMALLY ABOVE 2MB FILE SIZE. IF THEY ARE TOO SMALL FOR ME TO SEE DETAIL, I MOST LIKELY WILL ASK FOR A LARGER FILE.
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, I WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP.
